Ship or Sub in a Bottle?

Here at Model Expo, we are always on the hunt to add new, unique, and
historically accurate model kits to our Model Shipways, Model Airways, Model Trailways, and Guns of History product lines. Recently, we initiated discussions with Ken Goldman, one of our feature designers of various kits ranging from the Rucker Ambulance to the Civil War Coffee Wagon as to the feasibility of a ship in a bottle - a kit sorely missing from the Model Shipways line of model ship kits. However, rather than repeating what everyone else has done in the past, we want to be unique! As such, we are contemplating some sort of Civil War era Submarine in a Bottle kit.
